Engine, Truck and Tanker 23 fought a residential fire in the Knights Court subdivision which falls in Co.23’s first due. Chief 25 arrived and established command of a single wide trailer with fire showing and a car in the driveway. Engine and Truck 23’s crews arrived to extinguish the blaze and simultaneously conducted a quick vent enter search of the uninvolved portion of the home. The search revealed an empty home.
The fire was extinguished within 20 minutes and no injuries occurred. Red Cross was called to assist the occupant of the home. Additional assistance on scene was provided by Co.24, Co.25, and County Fire and EMS staff.
